Cancellation Refunds Policy

Order Cancellations


Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of order placement. After this window, cancellations are not guaranteed, especially for custom or made-to-order items.

 

Returns & Refunds


Due to the personalized nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

 

No Refunds for:

 

  • Personalized/customized items (unless defective)

  • Delays caused by courier partners

  • Incorrect details provided by the customer

 

Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
