Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Custom or personalized items may take longer to dispatch, and estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

 Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

We offer both standard and express shipping across India. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the order weight/volume.

• Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days
• Express Delivery: 2–4 business days

For bulk or corporate orders, delivery timelines may vary and will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of order placement. After this window, cancellations are not guaranteed, especially for custom or made-to-order items.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

• Delays caused by courier partners
